- All orders are shipped via a courier of our choice using a 48-hour delivery service.
- First Class orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 or an equivalent service. However, next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
- We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday.
- UK delivery is free and typically arrives within 2 to 3 working days. If your order hasnβt arrived within 5 working days of receiving your fulfilment notification, please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page.
- Please allow up to 7 working days before raising a delivery query, as occasional delays can occur.
- Refunds cannot be claimed for late delivery, but weβll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- International delivery is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.

If youβve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately via the form below. Weβll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we canβt take responsibility for incorrect addresses once an order has been shipped. Address updates canβt be made after dispatch.
returns policy β unused products
We accept returns of unused items in a sellable condition within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or weβve made a mistake with your order

We offer a 28-day love us or refund us promise for first-time purchases of shampoo & conditioner bar sets.
Eligibility
- Applies only to first-time purchases of shampoo & conditioner bar sets
- Refund request must be submitted within 28 days of the original purchase date
- Customers are responsible for checking ingredients and product guidance before use. Refunds wonβt be issued for reactions caused by known sensitivities or from product misuse
What's Covered
- If youβre not satisfied with how the bars work for your hair, weβll refund the cost of your first shampoo & conditioner set
- This policy doesnβt cover accessories or additional bars - these fall under our standard unused returns policy
- If a bundle or bulk-buy set was purchased, your refund will be based on the price you paid per bar as part of that set, up to a maximum of Β£21.50

Weβll then ask you to fill in our refund form and once that's completed we review your request within 4 working days and let you know if itβs approved. If so, your refund will be issued within 14 days.
We encourage customers to reach out to us directly if somethingβs not right. Weβre a small, values-driven team and do our best to treat every customer with respect and we ask the same in return. While we welcome honest feedback, we reserve the right to decline refunds if we believe communication or public commentary has been intentionally misleading, abusive, or made in bad faith.
